Yes. I am fully licensed and insured for commercial aerial drone operations. I handle all local air traffic permissions, property authorizations, and flight clearances required for resort and architectural sites.

Due to international travel schedules and seasonal weather planning, booking 4 to 8 weeks in advance is recommended. However, I accommodate shorter timelines depending on current assignment availability.

Architectural and luxury property photography relies heavily on ideal natural light. Schedules are planned around optimal sun angles, blue-hour lighting, and golden-hour conditions. Multi-day shoot itineraries build in flexibility to account for unexpected weather changes.

Yes. I work closely with general managers, marketing directors, and design teams on-site to stage spaces, refine interior details, and ensure every shot aligns with your property's brand standards. Additionally, I always work with an assistant which can step in and help local teams on site.

Standard delivery for edited, is within 30 business days following the shoot. Expedited delivery can be arranged upon request.

Deliverables are provided in both full-resolution files (optimized for print, press releases, and large format displays) and web-optimized files (tailored for high-speed website performance, social media, and online booking platforms).
